Twin Love Concierge’s Twins & Sleep 101 Class is designed to give parents the best techniques available for Twins (0-24months) and answer all of your sleep and nap questions. Please note this is not a CIO specific session – it covers a range of techniques to find which fits best for your family.

Our resident Sleep Experts are certified Sleep Consultants from the Family Sleep Institute and specialize in multiples. Covering key areas from successful bedtime routines, sleep patterns for all ages and a variety of sleep training techniques –  Christine Brown and Lauren Lappen are renowned for helping hundreds of families transform their Twins sleep and nap times. As a Mother to Multiples herself, she knows firsthand how important hands-on experience is in the land of Twins in order to assist you!

Twin Sleep Consultations

 
We also offer one hour twin sleep consultations. During this one hour session, you will meet with our TLC sleep educator to learn how to create healthy sleep habits for your twins.  You will leave the call with proven strategies to begin working on improving sleep immediately as well as all of your questions answered.  This package doesn’t come with a sleep plan or support so be prepared to take good notes.  You will receive a resource package after the consultation.
