Hygienic habits are another health issue. Implementing healthy habits is not that easy, but discipline, routine and a role-model is all it takes to get your kids in order. Regular teeth, body and hand washing and the way these body parts should be washed is something that definitely needs to be taught. Make sure to start early with your kids and not to forget to teach them where clean laundry, dishes and lunch come from every day.

Indoor air

If someone in your house is smoking, implement a new no-smoking rule and have them do it on the balcony or in the backyard. Whenever your friends and family decide to smoke, make them do it outside and don’t worry about a thing.
