Joining your local multiples community is a wonderful way of meeting other twin parents and immersing yourself in the support of fellow Moms and Dads. Multiples of America
If you are expecting twins, triplets or more, or you are already the parent or guardian of multiples, increase your success rate in the most important role of your life – parenting your multiples. We encourage all expectant parents to connect with a local club and attend meetings and social events. Fellow parents of multiples have been there and done that and understand your situation best.

TAMBA
Local clubs are groups of volunteers, parents of twins and triplets who get together to provide mutual support and friendship across the UK. Each club is independent and operates under its own rules but all those listed here sign up to our suggested Best Practice. Commonly clubs run playgroups, evening events and second hand equipment sales. Being a member of a local club does not mean you are automatically a member of Tamba and if you want to support your charity and enjoy the many benefits of membership then you will need to join.

NW London Twins
The North West London Twins club is a Tamba registered club run by a twin mum for twin parents and parents of multiples. It aims to provide support, information, networking opportunities and much more. The NW London twins club welcomes all twin parents and parents of multiples and all users are welcome to use the website. However in terms of activities and club meet ups it’s activities are concentrated around North West London with a large proportion of members around Queens Park, West Hampstead, Kilburn, Hampstead, Willesden, Kensal Rise, Kensal Green, Belsize Park, St Johns Wood, Primrose Hill and Harlesden. Activities, meet ups and playgroups are for members only.

Mainline Mothers of Multiples Club
The Main Line Mothers of Multiples Club offers parents of multiple-birth children a network of support and socialization, focusing on child development and parenting issues.  We offer support to all Delaware County moms of multiples.

West Los Angeles Parents of Multiples
WLAPOM, established in 1993, is a social support group with hundreds of members that offers advice, encouragement and resources for parents with multiples or expecting multiples. We are there every step of the way, from pregnancy through childhood, to celebrate the joys and challenges unique to raising multiples.

Lower Westchester Moms of Multiples
We are a local community of 200+ members from all over Westchester County, NY and have found this group to be an incredible lifeline and resource to raising multiples. No matter what you are experiencing, we have a member who has already lived through it and can help guide you! Whether it’s a long preemie NICU stay, using a gestational carrier, navigating the Early Intervention program, or simply not understanding how to bottle feed two babies at once, we are here for you!

Manhattan Twins Club
Whether you are expecting multiples, or are already raising them, the Manhattan Twins Club is here to help! Founded over 25 years ago to support New York City parents of twins and more, our nonprofit club is one of the largest multiples communities in the United States.

Brooklyn Brownstone Parents of Multiples Club
BPOTC has been around for over fifteen years, and we have grown to be a community of more than 900 members, parents of twins and multiples in Brooklyn, NY (and beyond).

Mothers of Multiples of Lower Fairfield County
We’ve been a support group for parents of multiples since 1958 and have over 500 members from many parts of Connecticut and Westchester County. We share information, practical experience, and expertise on parenting. We also provide recommendations on local services, retailers, doctors, schools – to name just a few! All of this in a supportive, friendly, and understanding environment.

Texas Mothers of Multiples
The Texas Mothers of Multiples (TMOM) is a state organization of local clubs for the parents of multiple birth children. The purpose of our organization is to promote awareness of multiple births, participate in research and exchange ideas and information with parents of multiples throughout the state of Texas.

Florida Mothers of Twins Clubs
If you are expecting twins, triplets or more, or are already the guardian of multiples, our organization offers you the opportunity to connect with a local multiples club in your area. Member clubs of the FOMOTC provide friendship, support and education to families with twins, triplets or more. Only parents and guardians of multiples understand the unique benefits, and challenges, that raising multiples presents.

The Mother of Twins Association of Connecticut

Terrific Twosomes Mothers of Multiples
Terrific Twosome Mothers of Multiples Club (TTMOM) is a social, educational, and supportive nonprofit group that meets monthly to share the unique problems and delights of parenting multiples.

Massachusetts Mothers of Twins Association
MMOTA is an organization that supports 16 local parents of multiple birth children clubs in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.

Nassau Country Parents of Multiples Club
If you’ve got TWINS or more, you need the Nassau County Parents of Multiples Club (NCPOMC). As parents of multiples in this non-profit organization, we share our ideas, build friendships and offer support – and we’ve been doing it since 1960!

Mothers of Twins Club of Suffolk County
MOTC Suffolk was formed to provide support and education to mothers of twins, higher order multiples and their families. We are a non-profit support group and are members of the New York State Organization of Mothers of Twins Club as well as the National Organization of Mothers of Twins Clubs (known as Multiples of America).

Lowcountry Parents of Multiples
The purpose of the Lowcountry Parents of Multiples is to support awareness of and interest in children of multiple births; to participate in research pertaining to multiples and their families; to exchange ideas and information with parents and guardians of multiples throughout the Greater Charleston Area; to offer parents of multiples emotional support; and, to use its proceeds, as possible, to assist charitable organizations which aid multiples and their families.

Palmetto State Parents of Multiples
The purpose of the PSPM is to promote awareness of and interest in children of multiple births; to participate in research pertaining to multiples and their families; to exchange ideas and information with parents and guardians of multiple throughout the state of South Carolina; and, to use its proceeds, as possible, to assist charitable organizations which aid multiples and their families. The PSPM shall be non-profit, non-sectarian, and non-commercial.

Plano Area Moms of Multiples
PAMOM is dedicated to providing support to any parent or guardian of multiple-birth children. PAMOM strives to enhance knowledge and understanding of multiples through an exchange of ideas, information and communication between parents, educators, doctors and others.

Lake Cities Mothers of Multiples
Lake Cities Moms of Multiples (LCMOM) is a diverse group of women who share a common bond of being mothers of twins, triplets, and more.  We are a group supporting one another and come from Southlake, Keller, North Richland Hills, Colleyville, Grapevine, Trophy Club, and surrounding areas.

Mid-Cities MOM
Mid-Cities Mothers of Multiples (MCMOMs) is a multi-generational and multicultural non-profit organization that seeks to promote interest in and knowledge of multiple birth children.Contra Costa Parents of Multiples

San Francisco Parents of Multiples
San Francisco Parents of Multiples offers support, community and advice to parents that do not want to be alone. We know first hand the challenges of raising multiples and we are here to share what we know and to support one another. We provide many activities and programs designed specifically for parents of multiples and of course for their kids, from expectant parent support meetings to family picnics.

Marin Parents of Multiples Club
MPOMC brings its members help, camaraderie, and encouragement throughout the many stages of their children’s development. And even though our members’ needs change as their babies and toddlers grow, there is always tremendous benefit in simply having friends to share in the unique experience that is parenting multiples.

Twin Valley Mothers of Twins Club
